After graduating from the University of California at Berkeley in 2000, and spending a year back home preparing and saving money for medical school, I met my wonderful wife, Laura. Together we traveled to Iowa and Ohio for my Osteopathic Medical training and after graduating from medical school, were lucky enough to be able to complete my specialty training in Family Medicine at PIH (Presbyterian Intercommunity Hospital) in Los Angeles County.
Seeking out the smaller town feel we came to love about the Midwest, we landed in Murrieta. Here I have been blessed to work with some of the greatest physicians, administrators, and hospitals in this valley. I've also been fortunate to see my family grow within this valley.
Fraley Family Medicine, with the support of my wife and children, is an effort to remain committed to my community, my belief in providing high quality individualized care, and to a model allowing for an even greater partnership with my patients. In understanding physical health, I came to understand the critical importance of our correlated mental health. I was fortunate enough to be able to participate in the Primary Care Psychiatry Fellowship at UCI. The tools and the learning experience filled a void in what I understood as whole health.

An absolutely incredible new class of medication with promise for use in many clinical situations. Weight loss use is exciting and best aligned with intentional preparation, education and monitoring. Weight loss and weight maintenance can be incredibly difficult. A close partnership with a provider can make all the difference.
Pain is a complicated medical ailment that often impacts other aspects of lives and relationships. Understanding the source of pain and evolution of pain is critical.
Pharmaceuticals have come a very long way and we now have some incredible treatment options. Never have we had so many options to improve the outcomes for diabetic patients. Looking beyond the labs and examining opportunities for disease and lifestyle modifications are key to meaningful lasting improvement.
